Our Story
Applied Project Leadership was born from a simple realization: the same skills that deliver multi-million dollar projects can transform everyday life. Moving to a new city, remodeling a kitchen, organizing finances, changing careers, running a household, setting ambitious goals — these are all projects. After 15+ years leading complex projects, PMOs, and enterprise transformations, founder Tom Willard saw that individuals and families faced the same challenges as corporate teams: unclear scope, no timeline, poor communication, and constant overwhelm.
